Frame Fabrication

We build one-off frames, everything a bit differant and maybe with a twist. All frames are made from CDS, (cold drawn seemless) tube. All necks are machined to the spec of each frame. All engine mounts, wheel mounts and any other bracket are laser cut from mild steel, usually designed by us using CAD, even the odd fag packet / beer mat has been used from the customer.
XJ 650 Trike Frame
The customer arrived with the wheels, axle, engine and forks, and she asked us to build her something a bit differant, so off we went .
GS850 Trike
Frame modification. This is a hardtail trike with a twn shocker seating arrangment. .
Harley XL900
Santee Hardtail frame. We've had to modify this to take a NaF Solid billet rear wheel. The rears been widened and all the engine mounts removed to be repositioned.
ZXR750 Streetfighter
This subframe was built so a MV Augusta tail piece could be fitted.
