Laverda 120 Jota

The customer wanted a stainless exhaust making for a rare Laverda Jota 120 Formula. The carbon cans were provided (originally from a Ducati 888).

The downpipes are being made, with an unusual inverted 'Y' piece to merge the three pipes into two, as per the customers specification.

The system is complete, but not yet polished.

After polishing, all traces of the welded pieces have been removed.

The completed machine with its one of a kind exhaust system. Note that exhaust heat will change the headers to a slight gold colour. This is inevitable with stainless steel systems.
