Yamaha XJ650 Trike Build
Well you've got to start somewhere, the customer supplied the front frame loop, engine, front end, axle and a lovely pair of wheels, now to fill the gap in!

The front set up in the jig, with a new neck, always recommend a new machined billet neck when buiding a trike frame.

Rolling, nice wheels. Now for the exhuast system, electric box, mudguards and mounts...........

The exhaust headers made and held up with msking tape, well, were waiting for the rear cans, having these made at quill, need a pair of shortened race cans.

The rear cans fitted, all plumbing to the cans, made in stainless and tig welded. All about done here, just got ta make the electirc box.

Next time I saw her, was for the MOT, went along with the customer.
